There is a ninja theme village which name is Oshino Shinobi no Sato in the foot of Mt.Fuji.

You can experience ninja and also enjoy ninja show there.

What is ninja?

 
I think ninja (忍者) is very famous in all over the world,
but just in case I’ll tell you who don’t know well about that.

At first, ninja is kind of Japanese spy which is
mainly existed from Kamakura to Edo era and they have
lots of cool ninjutsu (Literally meaning: Ninja Techniques).

Ninja is not only male but also female and they are called kunoichi.

The most famous ninja manga (comic book) is NARUTO!

 

 

Ninja experiences at Oshino Shinobi no Sato

 
Shinobi no Sato is located in Oshino in Yamanashi.
Shinobi is another name for ninja.

You can enjoy ninja experiences and the view of Mt.Fuji together there.

There are lots of ninja’s secrets such as hidden weapons,
secret loopholes, and hidden doors. You can enjoy ninja experiences
while finding various “Karakuri (ninja’s trick)” which is set like an maze.

 

Shuriken (Throwing stars) Dojo

 
At Shuriken Dojo, you can challenge Shuriken,
Japanese archery, and blowgun which are the weapon of ninja.

You can get gifts depends on the number which you hit the target!

Challenge how much you have sense of ninjutsu!

 
Except these attractions above, there is an athletics
to do ninja training, and ninja lessons for kids.

Access to Oshino Shinobi no Sato

 

 
Bus from Shinjuku

There are 4 buses a day from busta Shinjuku and stop
at Oshino Shinobi no Sato bus stop. It takes around 2 hours.

Bus from Kawaguchiko or Fujisan station

Take Gotemba Station Line (via Oshino Hakkai) then get off
at Oshino Shinobi no Sato bus stop. It takes around 20 minutes.
